Welcome to the Archery Interactive TechnoHunt support web page! The purpose of this web page is to enhance the support services we provide to our customers. We've provided a number of resources here to help you resolve problems, answer your questions, and provide tips on your TechnoHunt system.
Begin by choosing the type of sensors equipped in your TechnoHUNT system from the tabs above, then the system type. Not sure what kinds of sensors you have? Click here for a picture of the different sensors.
Note that the TH100 system has 2 sensors while the Th300 system has 4. If you have 3 sensors, choose the TH300. Under the "More" tab, you can find more helpful links, including the F.A.Q. and downloads page, where you can download the newest TechnoHUNT system manuals.

Please leave a detailed message for us to review. Hours are Monday thru Friday 10am-6pm Mountain Standard Time.
There is a $50.00 per hour technical support charge for both online and telephone assistance for TechnoHUNT customers who are no longer under warranty. This does not include simple software navigation questions. Please consult your TechnoHUNT manual first to try resolving any technical problems before you call TechnoHUNT technical support.
Remember to check our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section for an answer to your question. Also, the system manuals are very helpful and can be downloaded from the Downloads page.

Can't find the answer on our website? With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.
You will find the answers to security questions and system configuration requirements on the GotoAssist FAQ page. You can also view a demonstration of a screen-sharing session.
How It Works:
Step 1: Complete the fields and click the button to proceed.
Step 2: You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in which will connect you to a member of our support team.
Step 3: Your support representative will chat with you online to obtain the details of the problem.
Step 4: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 5: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
