We are proud to partner with GoToAssist to provide you as a TechnoHunt customer the ability to allow us to remote login and check or adjust your TechnoHunt system. All you need is your TechnoHunt computer, and a high speed internet connection to it. Simply go to this link http://www.gotoassist.com/ph/technohunt and enter your name and email address, it's that simple. Please note that this feature is currently online only between the hours of 10am-4pm mountain standard time. Please note that GoToAssist is only available to TechnoHunt customers with Microsoft Windows XP platforms.

There is a $75.00 per hour technical support charge for TechnoHunt customers who are no longer under warranty. This would include all windows 98 systems. Please consult your TechnoHunt manual first to try and resolve any technical problems, before you call TechnoHunt technical support.
We no longer are able to provide technical support for Wintriss Technohunt systems or Technohunt 1400 sensor systems.
